This policy explains what information LoyalNumber collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. LoyalNumber is a service of LBS Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us"). It covers this website, the LoyalNumber service, and the LoyalNumber text message program.
Information we collect
- Account details: the line owner's name, email address, and mobile number.
- Call and text details: phone numbers that call, text, or are called or texted by a LoyalNumber line; the content of texts sent and received; call details, call recordings, and call transcripts; and delivery status for texts.
- Login and verification codes: codes texted to a line are kept only so the owner's agent can read them, and are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Messages to us: anything you send when you email or call us.
How we use it
- To provide your line: placing and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts, and showing transcripts and delivery status.
- To send the texts you've agreed to receive about your line.
- To prevent misuse, fix problems, and meet legal requirements.
Text messaging (SMS)
Line owners opt in to texts when they set up their line. The agent texts only when the line owner tells it to. There is no marketing or bulk texting.
- Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll get one confirmation text and no more texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. This excludes the trusted service providers we use only to deliver the service (for example, our phone and text provider), who may not use your information for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run LoyalNumber (such as our phone and text provider and our payment processor), and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Login and verification codes are deleted after 24 hours. We keep other information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and only the line owner's agent can read that line's texts and codes. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@loyalnumber.com.
Children
LoyalNumber is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
