These terms apply to the LoyalNumber website, the LoyalNumber service, and the LoyalNumber text message program. LoyalNumber is a service of LBS Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

LoyalNumber gives a customer's AI agent a dedicated US phone number for calls, texts, and receiving login and verification codes, for $20 a month. Customers are individuals and businesses who control their own AI agents. You own your line, and your agent uses it on your behalf.

Text message program terms

Program name: LoyalNumber

Program description: Texts about your LoyalNumber line, and texts your AI agent sends when you tell it to, about your own requests. We do not send marketing texts, and bulk texting is not allowed.

How you opt in: When you set up your line, you sign up, confirm your email address with a one-time code, enter your mobile number, check the text-message consent box, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Texts go to you and to the people or businesses you tell your agent to text. See the text message program page for sample messages.

• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and no more texts from that number unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, call (435) 767-9338, or email support@loyalnumber.com.
• Message frequency varies. It depends on what the line owner asks their agent to do.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for your plan's details.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and your responsibility

• You may not use a LoyalNumber line for spam, bulk or marketing texts, bulk or cold calling, robocalls, or any unlawful calls or texts.
• You are responsible for your agent's calls and texts, including having a good reason to contact the people and businesses it reaches.
• We may pause or close a line that is misused.

AI disclosure and call recording

Every call from a LoyalNumber line starts by saying it's an AI assistant calling for the line owner, and that the call is recorded. This can't be turned off.

Login and verification codes

Some services won't send codes to internet-based phone numbers. We can't promise every service will send codes to your line. Codes that arrive are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Billing

LoyalNumber costs $20 a month. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@loyalnumber.com.

No warranties

LoyalNumber and this website are provided "as is." We don't guarantee they will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, LBS Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of LoyalNumber, this website, or our text message program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
