LoyalNumber text message program

Program name: LoyalNumber. LoyalNumber is a service of LBS Enterprises, LLC. It gives a customer's AI agent a dedicated US phone number. Texts are sent only when the line owner tells their agent to, about the owner's own requests. We never send marketing texts, and bulk texting is not allowed.

How you opt in

You opt in when you set up your LoyalNumber line. During setup you:

  1. Sign up with your name and email address.
  2. Confirm your email address with a one-time code we send you.
  3. Enter your mobile number and check a box (it is never pre-checked) that says:
☐ I agree to receive text messages from LoyalNumber about my line, such as setup confirmations, alerts, and messages my AI agent sends at my request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Opting in to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Who receives texts

You, the line owner, and the people or businesses you tell your agent to text, such as a business you're already dealing with about your own account or appointment.

  • Message frequency varies. It depends on what you ask your agent to do.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll get one confirmation text and no more texts unless you opt in again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
